filed 485,no AP, will apply H4 visa in Beijing, is there a risk GCwaiterandwaiter2007-04-13 23:13:13

My hu*****and already filed 485 for me, I back beijing 2 months ago before AP approved because my mom very sick.

Next week I will apply H4 visa in Beijing, is there a risk of being denied because of the 485 immigration intent? What should I do for that?
