My H1b started from July 2002 and 6 year ends in July 2008. I changed job once and now it is almost 3rd year on my recent job and I need to file a H1B extension.
My LC and I140 have been approved 1 year ago, but I am still waiting for visa availability. I was wondering if I can get a three year H1B extension this time.
