我在ＬＡ，申请父母在美调整身份，听说I-485可以和I-130同时递交, 不必等I-130 APPROVE, I-485应该是寄到Chicago的，但是如果同时递交，是否都寄到Laguna Niguel USCIS California Service Center 就可以了．
The instruction上说"If the form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with form I-485, both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the form I-485 applicant resides."
