anyone knows the backgroud check process in China? dwniu20072007-04-26 23:38:38

Current NSC 486 processing date is 9/11 (9/11 ?!). My 485 was sent to NSC last Aug. and there is no progress since then, even no finger print request. I was told by USCIS it was still in background check. I assume it is delayed in China somehow. Is there anybody know this kind of process in China? Can I find some way to speed it up a little bit?
