我的NIW 140 一年前就批准了,排期未到.可现在我的老板没有钱了,6月底合同结束.联系了几个位置,尚无着落.预感"联系别的老板两个月内很难办到".我如果现在申请转成H4, 我的140 会收到影响吗?
还有,我老婆的H1于10月底就应该申请延期了,我是否需要还得在申请延期一次?
