Xiaobaitu, please help on 212(d)(4)

I am going to CJ for H1 stamping in May. One thing I feel kinda unsettled is that it is showing 212(d)(4) on my I-94.
I went to Canada in 1999 and my passport was stolen there. By the time I received my replacement passport, INS at the border post granted me with the visa waiver I-193 along with this 212(d)(4) so that I may return back to school on time.

My question is, is that kind of circumstance going to make the H1 stamping process in CJ complicated? My 140 has been approved for two years and have yet filed 485 due to retrogression.

Thanks, Xiaobaitu!!!
