My H-1B will expire next September (2004). My I-140 was approved last month in TSC. My I-485 was submitted to TSC last February (2003). I am trying to go back to get married this coming December.
I have AP documents. But I'll try to get a H-1B visa in Beijing.
If my H-1B is denied, can I come back to USA with the AP?
If my H-1B is approved, what kind of visa type my wife should apply, H-4?
What kind of visa type my wife should apply if my H-1B is denied?
