兄弟正在读申请美国公民的要求。
其中有一个文件要和表格一起交到申请的部门，叫做 Selective Service Registration.
" I am a male who was in the US between the ages of 18 and 26 but who did not register with the selective service: and I will send a "status information letter" from the selective service explaining why I did not register with my application. "
这个是表格里写的。。。
想必很多人都是快30才申请公民的，对这个问题应该如何作答呢？
（我试着到那个网站注册，可是我现在已经27了，上面不让我注册，是不是还要打电话让他们寄这些东西我才能申请？
