I really need your helps.
I recently received a denial letter to my NIW application. The reason in the letter said I didn't prove whether the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certificate is required and I must present a national benefit so great as to outweigh the national interest inhernt in the labor certification process.
In my application, I have asked the referees to write about this, but only simply stated that it would be adversely affected if a LC is required. There is not much hard evidence to prove it.
I want to appeal this decision, but don't even know what to improve in my appeal letter.
Can someone kindly give me some advice on this? And it will be great if you can provide me a sample letter showing how to addrss the issue.
