我是F-1,最近找到一个工作，八月上班。准备7月份答辩，所以暑假还要注课。注课只是形式，跟导师作Independent study,不用上课。

LD已经工作，正在申请绿卡（连我一起）。因为LD是护士，所以没有办H1，直接申请绿卡了。我们已经递了140,485,和EAD申请，并已拿到回美证。

如果我6月份回去，可不可以用回美证？假设暑假注课的话。

如果暑假不注课，6月份回去，用回美证回美国，秋季可以继续注课吗？

请各位高人指教，谢谢了！！！
