I have been thinging about my waiver problem. It is very difficult or immpossible to get no objection letter from China. I already used up my J1 time and transered to O1. Do you think I still have the chance to get IGA waiver? I remember from some where that IGA waiver only for the people whose J1 time is not enough to get no objection letter, is that right? If you have idea on this, please help me with this. Thanks! Sometimes, I think the road is geting narrower and narrower for me.
