Go to Mexico or Canada - H1B rockyaaa2004-03-14 22:17:15

Hi

I am in H1B (Work in Washington DC) and will need to go to Mexico or Canada to get H1B stamp.

Which consulate shall I go? I plan to go to Toronto, or Vancouver, which one is easier to get H1B stamp or I should go to another Consulate?
