I want to change job recently, EB1B 140 and 485 curretly filing, my 140 has been approved and my 485 is pending. I have to change job because I need to marry my GF(long distance 7 years). Very hard to find a job within 2 hour drive. But there are probably 5 days gap before 180 days requirement.
my question is 180 day requirement, do I have to start look for job after 180 pending days? Or does it mean i can start look for job early and change my job after I fulfill the 180 requirements?
I have to tell the employer early so they could find substutites to take my place, but that would leave me want to change job before 180 days, how to deal this kind of timing problem?
