HELP - do I need to file an amendment for my WOM? marcos2007-05-11 17:05:21

请教有经验的各位：

I filed my WOM for I-485 with a Prayer as follow:

(a) requiring Defendants to properly adjudicate the Plaintiff’s application for action on approved petition;
(b) requiring Defendants to provide the Plaintiff with a Notice of Approval;
(c) granting such other relief at law and in equity as justice may require.

看到前面有人说不能直接说require appoval etc.

请问我需要file amendment to change my Prayer to only say "adjudicate my application"?
