I and my wife applied for GC together (I am the principal) and used our Ohio address. Now my wife found a job in NYC area and lived around there. She only came back to Ohio every four weekends. Now USCIS scheduled her fingerprint at the USCIS local office in Ohio. Due to the long distance, she wanted to take the fingerprint at NYC area. Can she just hold the fingerprint notice scheduled at USCIS office at OHIO to take a fingerprint at NYC immigration office?
Also, if she fails to go to scheduled place at schedule time, will her I485 case be affected?
