Is my GC case still valid???? madFish2004-03-15 23:18:38

If I got layoffed over six months after I submitted my I-140 and I-485. Is my GC case still valid even though my I-140 case is pending? If yes, can I say that I am safe if I can keep my current for another six months after I filed my I-485?
