急问: 140 PENDING期间RELOCATION的问题 GC_sufferer 文学城

H1B第六年, LC批准, 140 pending已3个多月, 现在被公司要求relocate到其它州,同一公司,职务不变. Relocation 是否会影响I-140的批准??? Relocation后是否一定要重新开始办绿卡,现在的140批准是为了办H1B六年后的延期.
