我现有EB2 类 I140 approval, PD 是 2006 年7 月。 现有另一公司offer, 工作性
质和薪水比现在优越。新公司也答应要在我加入后立即开始GC 审请。但是，根
据他人的在此公司的经验，LC Perm 可能要花6-7 个。 这样下来话， 我最早递交
I-485的时候我现有PD很可能已经过了。
e.g. It is possible that my PD becomes current in say 5 months. Two month
after that, I become eligible to I140/I485 concurrently (after LC
approval). My question is do I lose my priority date (that I carried over
from my current I140 approval) because of the delay? Or do I start all over again in such a scenario.
