My H1B will expire in 09/07. The extension petition has been filed but the receipt has not been received. My lawyer said the extension will not be approved until late July. We are planning to go back to China in June, July, and August. We schedule the interview in Vancouver Consulate on May 31st. Do you think we need to cancel the trip? Thanks in advance!!!
