NIW/EB2,
I-485 PD: Sept. 30, 2005.
First FP: October, 2005, the appointment requested by myself following the instruction indicated in I-485 receipt notice.
I-140 was first approved in November, 2005 as NIW-physician mistakenly and says the I-485 can not be adjusted before 3-5 years specific service. The mistake was corrected in second I-140 approval notice after request.
I just wonder if USCIS marked something like “NIW-physician” on my I-485 file, which unfortunately has not been fixed since I have not received further FP notice after the first FP expired. I appreciate your advice. Thanks.
