I am living in Michigan. My labor was transferred from Michigan to Chicago in Nov. last year. I have a couple of quesions:
1) Is it difficult for labor to be cleared in Chicago now? (I am an Mechanical Enigineer.)
2) How long does it take for the labor to be cleared in federal level (Chicago)?
