I have asked for help before. I got an 'intention to deny' from backlog center saying my current salary doesn't match the prevailing wage of the category they put me to.

My company lawyer filed rebuttal with 2 options: 1. I should be put in another category with lower prewailing wage; 2. if not agree with 1, we would pay that prewailing wage before she gets green card.

Now, my labor case has been approved with option 2, which requires me to get a higher salary. My company is a big company, they can't do any trick on the system to pay me higher salary temporily just to get GC. But my manager said they have no extra money to pay unless I got promotion. So, if just depending on general increase, which will take another 3-4 years before I can file 485. Right now, my company will not file my 485 because my current is 15k less than the required one.

Certainly I can't wait. And I don't want to refile labor to lose my 2004 priority date. Is there any better solution?

Thank you a lot!!!
