We got our second REF (the first one is October, 2006) this week, asking for TB skin test. But when we contacted the original doctor, we were told that we'd better redo the whole medical exam as ours is almost two years old (our original medical is done late June 2005). Should we follow the doctors advice or just do the skin test as required by the RFE?
