Employment based I-485 does NOT need I-864 or I-134 affidavit of support. Does NOT need tax return/w2. Does NOT need no crime certificate/police clearance.

Family based I-485需I-864. EB, 只有在你自己拥有SPONSOR的公司>5%的股权,才要I-864. 所以绝大多数人都不需要! I-134 是给CITIZEN/LPR 担保学生/VISITOR 用的.
I-485 Instructions:
TAX Return/W2/1099 是收入证据之一.既然不需AFFIDAVIT, TAX/W2/1099 也不需要.
所以,主申请人的485: 要 employment letter from the propective employer to re-confirm the job is still available.
Derivatives 的 485: 不需要.
律师常常要 3 latest pay stubs. Yes. 但这不是用来 VERIFY 你的收入.这是用来证明你 MAINTAIN H1B STATUS. 记得这里大多数人是H1B 所以多要 Pay stubs. 但跟 Affidavit 没关系．
no crime certificate/police clearance: 只有你用 485 Supplement A (也就是你用 245(i) file 485) 才需要．如果你没犯过错(work w/o authorization, out of status...), 不需要．
