I have I-140 based on PERM LC approved in 2006.Currently, I'm seeking out new jobs. Per the new regulation, the PERM LC is not transferrable after 07/16/2007. But I am just wondering if I left the current company before 07/16, could the company still transfer my LC for other people given my I-140 has been approved? If I started my new job before 07/16 under new H1B while using accrued vacation from current company,is there any legal problem?
Giving up the priority date is very difficult for my case. I really appreciate your help!!!
