移民局给你的通知是一封信,还是不带I-94的I-797? I know I have to go back to China to apply for visa, but so far I only have one I-797,the receipt for my application, and one letter. I think I should have another I-797, so I can take this later one to apply for visa. Thank you so much for answering my question, and share your experience!
