I applied another job with hidding my PhD and got the offer. Now I need to transfer my H1. Shall I give a copy of my PhD to the lawyer in H1 transfer? If I do not, I am affraid it is fraud. If I do, I am afraid the company is going to find out, because the minimum wage might be different.
any one have experience with this?
