前几天收到补件通知:
1.Please sub mit a clear photocopy of a current photo identity document showing your picture, name and date of birth. The photocopy must clearly show your facial features and biographical information. Color photocopies slightly enlarged from the original provide the best resolution.
2. Please sub mit documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that it the basis of your national interest waiver.
3. do a truberculin skin test(My original medical examination omitted this test, just did a chest x-ray).
我的问题是:
1.第一项补PHOTO ID,我的DRIVER LICENSE (USA)上的地址还是旧地址(搬过一次家,但是是在办NIW之前的事了),与办绿卡的材料上的地址不同,请问可以用DRIVER LICENSE吗?
2.我的PASSPORT (CHINA)是延过期的,需要把延期页和首页一同附上吗?
2. 我LP的PASSPORT (CHINA)失效期是JUL 23,2007,如果我在1-2个星期内寄走材料,这个PASSPORT可以作为PHOTO ID的补件吗?
4.补件通知里附了一个回邮信封(上有回邮地址,还有个BAR CODE),他们信中要求我用这个信封寄回所补材料,但那个信封太小,明显装不下所有的材料(特别是查体的材料很厚),我可以用个自己的大的信封,只把回邮地址和BAR CODE剪下来贴在大的信封上吗?
