I'm preparing my 485 application (EB2).
Although I know it's optional as initial evidence, I'd really like to include W2 if no hassle. However, I'm not if there is an issue with my W2.
My company is a small company, so it outsource HR to the professional company XXX, which actually provides such service for many small business in US. As a result, on my W2, the employer name/addr is XXX, instead of my actual company name on PERM/140.
1. I'm wondering whether it actually hurts for including my W2 with 485 application.
2. If the company provides a letter to explain this, does it actually help solve the problem, or more legal documents are needed.
3. I'm thinking about leave W2 out, but include paystubs and tax returns (I know these are optional too). Does this look strange by doing this?
