我打过2次指纹。我想律师已经邦交了第一次的费，但是第二次我没有交费，不知到是否需要。张哲瑞文章说要教$25指纹费，他没说是一次性的，还是每次都要教。 官方网站说BIOMETRICS 是$70， 不是$25。 不明白？请明白人讲讲。
