Hu*****and has to go to china in Aug. for 6 weeks. What should I do?
1. File my 485 now and file his in Oct. after he come back to US? Someone said that it's possible that the quota will be frozen again after July. So the risk for doing this is maybe hu*****and can not file jointly in Oct.
2. File 485 for both and waiting for AP? How long will it take to get AP? If I file 131 by June 15, can we get AP in early Auguest?
