Just received I-485 RFE
"Please documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that is the basis of your national interest waiver. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: a currently dated letter from your present employer; copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent awards, grant or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying Form I-140 immigration visa petition."
I moved to another university, and I am doing the research in the same filed. The position and salary got promoted. I have published another 2 papers, 4 presentations and 1 patent (pending) after I140 approved.
If I show them the above mentioned documents, will it be OK?
