Infopass won't share the NC information clf2007-05-27 21:44:03

I went to the local Detroit USCIS office, but the officer told me she can't share the Name Check information with me? I saw lots of people got NC information from Infopass, why the officer told me the information can't be shared? Any suggestion is appreciate, thank you very much and have a nice weekend.
