My daugher was granted a Canadian immigration visa together with me by the Buffalo Office in 2005. However, She did not do the landing with me in 2005. Her visa now has expired.

I am now living in Canada as a permanent resident (Skilled Worker class). I would like to know how I can bring my daughter here as a permanent resident. My daughter is now 3 years old. She is in the US now.

Questons:

1. Can I ask the Buffalo Office to re-issue an immigration visa to her since she was included in my application as dependent when I applied for immigration to Canada as skilled worker and my application was granted? or
2. Do I have to sponsor her as my dependent to come over to Canada? How long will this process take?
3. Would she be allowed to enter Canada with her US passport?

Your help would be appreciated.
