I got H1B in 2001. In 2003, because company planed to close, I hurried to transfer to a small company. That company paid me far lower than what H1B required with some reason, so only after 4 months I transferred to my current company.
All the transfers were approved by USCIS with out gap, and I got I140 in 2006 and H1B extension.
The question is:
When I fill I485, should I provide every year's w2&tax return?
Only w2&Tax returns from 2004 are OK?
If need all years' w2&tax return, can my 2003's w2&tax return affect my case?
