今天我到当地移民局窗口面谈(Infopass appointment).他们告诉我FBI在2005年10月和11月共对我做了三次background check inputs. 其中两次还在pending. 而且移民官用的词是outstanding background checking pending. 我的申请是2005年9月份NIW I140和I485同时递交的的那一批. 请问小白兔及各位大侠帮忙解释一下:
1. 为什么我有三次background checking inputs, 并且还有两个在pending?
2. Outstanding background checking pending 是不是和大家的name check pengding 一回事呀? 这种事我可不想被特殊招待.
3. 我现在是不是可以给参议员或第一夫人写信催促FBI加快处理了?
