My hu*****and will file I140 and I485 concurrently. He is a primary applicant of green card. I will I485 with him too. I am in OPT (F1) status right now and opt will expire on 8/15/07. I have applied H1 which will be effect on 10/1. I have one question, if my hu*****and I140 gets denied:
1) Can I still stay here?
2) Is there any impact on my H1 status? And if my H1 status is still valid? Since I my I485 during F1 (opt) status as I know, F1 status does not allow the immigration tend.
