could anybody show me the process of transferring from h1 to f1? I don't want to hire an attorney. Thanks
1)My 140 has been approved, and what if my transfer from h1 to f1 is denied? is my status still h1?
2)When should i tell my employer if the transfer is approved? The date the f1 is approved? The starting date of the fall semester?
3)is it too late to the transfer from h1 to f1 now?
