Dear Friends, here are our siutation:

I am working in USA under H-1 Visa. My hu*****and is under TN Visa.

Now it is my time to apply for the green card. I am the principle applicant.

Should I file I-485 for myself and my hu*****and together? According to the rules, TN visa is a non-immigration visa. If we file together, will our case be denied?

If i file for myself first, will it be eaiser for me to file for him after my case is approved?

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.
