本人的h-1b签证是从2005年5月31日到2008年的5月31日。 现在找到另一份工作，新的雇主希望我于2007年7月16日开工，合同至少两年。 我的问题是：

1. 在LCA上， 是写 从2007年7月16日到2008年5月31日， 还是到2009年的7月16日？

2.在I-129上，basis classification 是填 change employer, 那么 give the petition receipt number. 是指第一个雇主I-797的receipt number.吗？

3、在I-129上，Requested Action. (Check one)，我是该选
3>Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.
还是
4>Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.

4.I-539可以和I-129一起递交吗?
