I went to local office to inquire the progress of my 485, e.g., name check, FP check etc, this morning (through infopass), and was told that my case was transferred from TX center to local office on May 23, 2007. However, since the local office has not received my case as of today, they do not have any info on the current status of my name check. I was told that I may have an interview after they receive the case. The local office did tell me that the two FPs I did were cleared.
Given that my case is being transferred to local office, does that mean my Name Check has been cleared already? Does that also mean I will get an interview for sure?
Anybody could share the experience? Thank you very much!!

140 and 485 filed concurrently to Vermont center in 10/2005
PD: 10/2005
140 AD: 1/2006
1st FP: 12/2005
2nd FP: 5/2007
485 transferred from Vermont center to Texas in 3/2007
485 LUD: 3/3007
