I graduated in 2002 as Master of Science. Now I hold a H1B visa (renewed one time), PERM, and I am in the process of EB3 application. The reason I had to choose EB3 not EB2 is my current employer gives me low salary. Everybody knows the bad situation of EB3 application, I don't think I can get the visa in 5 years. My friend has a very good project and he set up an one-man incorporation (INC.) last May. He wants me to join him. If I work with him, I can get much higher salary for sure. He is willing to sponsor me to re-apply H1B, PERM, and then EB2. The processing of EB2 should be much faster than EB3. But my concern is his company is just 1 year old and it is too small. Does the company have enough credit to help me on H1B and EB2? Please shed your light, thanks.
