I used infopass to schedule an appointment today, only to find out that both my wife's and my 485 get stucked on NameCheck. How can I confirm that this info is correct? Online system only indicates there was a update last year, but no idea what it was about.
Is there a number or website available from FBI for us to keep track of the process of NameCheck, or at least confirm who's being name checked? is it normal that hu*****and and wife are name checked at the same date? Was name check initiated by the fingerprint match or name match? It's kinda of frustrating to find out being name checked after 10 monthes.
Please share your experience. let's do whatever it takes to get over this. thanks.
