我的绿卡NC快两年了，按照坛上的建议，FILE了FOIPA（Freedom of Information-Privacy Acts)的request，收到FBI的回信说"To promptly respond to rquests, we concentrade on identifying main files in the central records system at FBI Headquarters. No records responsive to your FOIPA request were located by a search of the automated indices.
You may file an administrative appeal by writing to the Director, Office of Information and Privacy, US Department of Justice,(address xxxx), within 60 days...
我很confuse，到底应不应该appeal,这个和NC是什么关系呢？我到不是怕费事，只担心会适得其反。衷心感谢大家的回复！
