I'm changing my job from Company A to Company B. Currently, I'm holding my both H-1B and EAD from Company A. My I-485 has been pending for 1 year now. I don't want to use my EAD, since my H-1B is valid till 2009. I will transfer my H-1B to Company B (same industry).
Question 1: If I work with Company B's H-1B, will it affect my I-485 processing? Is my green card application with Company A still valid?
Question 2: I need to go to China at the end of this year. Can I apply for AP, when I work at Company B and work with Company B's H-1B? Company A sponsored me for green card and currently my I-485 from Company A is pending.
