Yesterday I received a letter from FBI.

The letter showed " A review of the FBI's NC program database revealed that your request was received from USCIS on 2005, and is currently in process".

Can anybody can help me to analysis this letter? Is this a good sign or just routine answer from FBI.

六七年太夸张了，一般会在两年内完成，再长的不一定是因为NC问题
