my 485 name checking is pending for 3 years. i exhausted all other ways other than the WOM. should i go wom now. should i sue fbi only or both? my wife's nc was cleared already 2 years but she is not the primary applicant.
now, my wife's own 140 is finish. we are thinking file another 485 cases. but i was told that unless we dropped our current 485(from my track). we could not apply the 2nd 485 . is that true? if true, if there is any benefit such as keep PR and so on?
