Ten minutes ago I received the following emails from CRIS:
Application type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or To Adjust Status
Current status: Card production order.
On June 6, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your cards to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the cards, call customber service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed, please contact USCIS customber service at (800) 375-5283.
This email doesn't say I485 was approved, instead card production order. This message is a little different from those posted on this forum. Does anybody here get simialr message from TSC?
By the way, both my wife's and my cases got the same message, but my daughter's case remained unchanged.
General information
I140 & I485 ted to TSC on September 29, 2005
I140 approved tow days befor Thanksgiving, 2005
'Intent to Deny' received in May fo me, 2006, August for my wife and October for my daughter. We didn't receive the FP appointments. We responded to RFE through attoney.
Fingerprinting & biometrics done in June 2006 for me, October 2006 for my wife and January 2007 for my daughter.
I485 approved ? today.
No LUD for our cases except 'RFEs' and approvals along this 20 month long processing.
I am very glad to share my GC experimence here, because I got a lot of useful information on GC application.
