我的RIR 和PERM申请都批准了,RIR的PD已到期可以申请I-140 和I-485.
由于配偶属于非排期国出生,我也可以按PERM 申请I-140 和I-485.
我想问一下,申请那个CASE更快更安全,有那些差别?
