Hello all. I am in a pretty tricky situation and would like to see if anyone had the same experince.
I had worked with Company A in City X until March, when Com. A relocated me to City Y. I just realized Com. A may have(or probably should have) filed a new Labor Condition Application (LCA) to USCIS for the relocation. But it didn't. Recently, I got an offer from Company B and I am wondering if there will be any issue for the H1 B transfer.
Of course, I can ask Company A to file a new LCA for me first. Right after the approval, there is no problem to transfer H1B to company B. But I just don't feel too comfortable to do that right before I move.
